About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant to join our team in Eindhoven. You will play a key role in designing implementing and supporting SAP CS processes across service notifications service orders repairs warranties and service contracts. This role requires strong functional expertise crossmodule integration knowledge and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams in an Agile environment.

What You Will Do

• Gather analyze and translate business requirements into SAP CS solutions
• Design and document functional specifications and solution architecture
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams (SD MM PS CRM)
• Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables
• Coordinate and execute testing: Unit Integration Regression Automation
• Guide business users during hypercare and resolve operational issues
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of customized processes
