Your role at a glance

As a Sales Support Specialist Customer Support you are the key link between the customer and the organization.

You ensure that customer inquiries orders and administrative processes run smoothly and accurately from request to invoicing.

Together with Sales Operations and Supply Chain you create a seamless customer experience.

What will you do

In this role you combine customer interaction coordination and administrative work within a technical environment.

Key responsibilities

Customer Support & Order Management

• Coordinate and resolve customer inquiries in collaboration with internal teams
• Process and follow up on orders (quotations planning and invoicing)
• Ensure timely and accurate order handling
• Act as the main point of contact and escalation point for customers

Customer experience & communication

• Proactively inform customers about the status of their requests
• Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
• Align closely with Sales Service and Supply Chain

Data & performance

• Analyze forecasts and sales performance
• Prepare reports and share insights
• Contribute to continuous process improvement

What you bring

• MBO level 4 (vocational education) preferably in an administrative field
• 35 years of experience in customer support sales support or order management
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Technical affinity (experience in an industrial environment is a plus)
• Proactive and flexible mindset
• Good command of Dutch and English (minimum B2 level)
• French is a plus (for supporting Belgian customers)

• Location: Rotterdam Waalhaven
• Work model: Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days from home)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Team: 6 colleagues
