Sales Excellence & Operations Analyst

About the role

As the Sales Excellence Project Leader you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment across our sales organization. Your primary purpose is to oversee and implement key projects that enhance sales processes optimize tools and improve overall commercial effectiveness. You will act as the crucial link between strategy and execution empowering our teams to achieve long-term growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

This is a hybrid role based out of our Oegstgeest office. 12 month contract.

• Analyze current sales processes and metrics to identify areas for optimization driving initiatives that improve efficiency and revenue growth.

• Develop and implement change management programs to ensure successful adoption of new sales initiatives across the region.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing operations and IT to deploy new sales tools platforms and methodologies.

• Monitor project performance post-implementation utilizing data-driven insights to recommend further adjustments and continuous improvements.

• Lead the end-to-end execution of sales excellence projects ensuring delivery on time within scope and aligned with strategic objectives.

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics Engineering IT or a related field.

• Proven experience in Data Analytics/ Business Intelligence project management sales operations or commercial excellence within a B2B environment.

• Strong analytical background with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable sales strategies.

Skills you need to succeed:

• Exceptional ability to communicate influence and align diverse stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.

• High proficiency in Google Scripts Artificial Intelligence AppSheet CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and project management methodologies (Agile Lean or PMP certification is a plus).

Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range for this position is 47180 - 75488 EUR / year The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting.
