Sales Director Chinese Speaking

1. Define and execute the Benelux sales strategy and GTM plans for residential energy storage and 2C consumer solutions to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

2. Build and expand high-performing distribution networks across Benelux partnering with top-tier wholesalers distributors installer networks and utilities.

3. Develop 2C retail and omnichannel partnerships including consumer electronics/DIY retail chains and major e-commerce platforms.

4. Lead key account management commercial negotiations and joint business planning with strategic partners across the region.

5. Build manage and mentor the regional commercial team (including Sales Managers and Sales Assistants) to drive high performance and target achievement.

6. Steer new product launches channel pricing policies and regional promotional campaigns in alignment with HQ and European marketing teams.

7. Monitor Benelux market dynamics competitor movements and local policies (e.g. net-metering schemes grid regulations) to guide business decisions.

8. Oversee demand forecasting pipeline management and cross-functional coordination with European operations technical service and HQ teams.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelors degree or above in Business Marketing Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy or related fields.

2. 6 years of sales or channel management experience in Solar PV Energy Storage (BESS) Inverters or Electrical/Consumer Electronics.

3. Proven customer network and established channel resources across Benelux distributors electrical wholesalers installer networks and retail channels.

4. Strong track record in Tier-1 key account management channel expansion and prior experience or capability in building and leading sales teams.

5. Exceptional commercial negotiation strategic thinking and cross-cultural competence to bridge European market operations with global HQ.

6. Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and fluent English; driving licence required (Dutch language skill is a plus).
