We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IIQ SME to join a growing IAM team in Amsterdam Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Identity & Access Management operations and access governance processes.
Key Responsibilities: Provide L3 support for the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform Manage user lifecycle processes including Joiner Mover and Leaver workflows Handle access provisioning de-provisioning and certification campaigns Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis Develop and enhance SailPoint workflows rules and connectors Support audit activities and compliance reporting requirements Collaborate with infrastructure security and application teams for integrations and issue resolution Ensure IAM operations are aligned with governance and security policies
Required Skills & Experience: 57 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) configuration and support Good understanding of access governance compliance and identity lifecycle management Experience with BeanShell and/or Java scripting Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) LDAP and enterprise application integrations Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills: Exposure to automation and API integrations Understanding of ITIL processes and service management Experience working in enterprise IAM environments
