Whatyoullbe doing

Youllbe the go-to person for everything risk and compliance atGoodHabitz. That means working closely with teams across Legal Finance ProductITand Leadership to make sure weoperateconfidently in every marketwe are in.

• Own the risk and continuously improve our enterprise risk management before they become problems and keep our risk register up to date and actionable

• Keep us regulatory developments across our key markets (think GDPR NIS2 ISO standards and local legislation where relevant) and translate them into clear practical guidance for our teams.

• Be a trusted with stakeholders across the business to embed a culture of risk awareness not through fear but through education and clarity. You make compliance feel like a superpower not a speed bump.

• Lead internal audits and and execute compliance reviews report findings and follow up on actions making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Support data hand in hand with ourPrivacyOfficerandProduct teams on data protection topics including DPIAs data breaches and vendor duediligence.

• Build policies that peopleactually andmaintainpolicies procedures and training content that are clear concise and yes engaging. (This isGoodHabitz after all.)

• Report to risk and compliance reports for senior leadership.

• TrainingProvidein-house compliance trainingsforthebusiness.

• Universityor applied sciencesdiploma

• 6 years of experience in a risk compliance or internal audit role ideally in a fast-growinginternationaltech or SaaS environment.

• Solid working knowledge of GDPR ISO 27001ISO27701and relevant EU regulatory frameworks. Experience with NIS2 is a plus.

• Experience withinternal and externalaudits.

• Yourestructured and detail-oriented but youdontlose sight of the bigger picture.

• Strong communicator you know how toclearlyexplain complex topics to non-expertsverbally and in writingwithoutbeingoverlytechnical.

• A proactive ownership mindset. Youdontwait to be asked; you spot what needs to happen and make it happen.

• Fluent inDutch and Englishverbal and in writing.

• A genuine belief that compliance and growth are not opposites theyrepartners.
