What Youll Do

• Inspect pallets and identify repair requirements

• Repair pallets using hand tools and production equipment

• Meet quality safety and production standards

• Support daily production activities in a fast-paced environment

• Work alongside automated equipment and new technologies

• Keep your work area safe clean and organised

• Report any equipment or safety issues

What We Need From You

• A practical hands-on approach to work

• Experience in production manufacturing construction warehouse or repair environments is beneficial

• Comfortable using hand tools

• Reliable hardworking and safety-conscious

• Able to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment

• Good attention to detail and quality standards

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
