Quality manager

What will you do
As Quality Manager you are responsible for the quality and appearance of both the interior and exterior of our hotel. You will lead a team of approximately 15 colleagues.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the operational activities of the Housekeeping department;
• Conducting quality checks in order to ensure the Novotel standards are maintained;
• Analyzing results trends and quality metrics and translating them into improvement initiatives;
• Monitoring and improving cleanliness scores and operational targets;
• Preparing periodic and daily schedules;
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with our external housekeeping provider and suppliers;
• Creating a positive working environment where teamwork respect and hospitality are at the core of everything we do.

Qualifications :

Who are you
You are a true people manager who enjoys developing others and improving processes. You know how to bring teams together maintain oversight in a dynamic environment and take ownership when needed.

In addition you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Bachelors degree level of thinking and working preferably in Hospitality;
• At least 2 years of leadership experience within an operational department;
• Results-driven with a strong focus on processes and continuous improvement;
• Strong analytical skills the ability to measure and manage performance against targets;
• An inspiring and coaching leader who creates a great team atmosphere is able to connect and is always ready to support the team.
