Job Summary
For our Energy Infrastructure Solution team we are searching for an experienced Project Manager to help grow our business in Europe.
Your main challenges:
- Act as technical project manager for solution delivery in customer projects. Manage the involved stakeholders from engineering project delivery team and the 3rd party such as consultants and EPC company.
- Analyze the challenges of the projects structure the key tasks clarify the resource & skill requirements and prepare the project planning kick-off and closing.
- Optimize and improve processes as well as the overall approach.
- Design and perform the risk management plan to minimize project risks.
- Project coordination and progress tracking with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility as well as delivery of the project.
- Organize and support on qualification tests to secure the quality.
- Provide project management support to customers.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Renewable or ESS System- / Solution Project Management experience in utility-scale project management is an advantage
- Ability to understand technical details related to products and systems involved
- Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
- Leadership skills in a multi-cultural organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch German or Mandarin are an advantage
