Job Summary
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting Workplace Projects and End User Computing (EUC).
- Define project scope requirements stage gates and acceptance criteria using the Waterfall methodology.
- Develop and manage project plans schedules budgets documentation and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including IT manufacturing engineering production system integration teams vendors and external technology partners.
- Identify assess and mitigate risks related to system downtime data integrity and production impact.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance security policies and change management processes.
- Monitor project milestones prepare governance reports dashboards and executive-level status updates.
- Drive change management user adoption and post-implementation system stabilization.
- Lead mission-critical IT initiatives with a strong focus on delivery reliability and operational excellence.
- 8 years of experience in Project Management with a proven track record of delivering enterprise IT projects.
- Strong experience managing Workplace Projects and End User Computing (EUC) initiatives.
- Expertise in Waterfall project management methodology.
- Experience managing project budgets timelines risks and vendor deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management across IT engineering production and external partners.
- Solid understanding of IT governance security compliance and change management.
- Excellent communication leadership organizational and analytical skills.
