In this internship youll work side-by-side with the YPP Programme Manager to coordinate and continuously improve a global traineeship programme. Youll gain hands-on experience across project management HR processes digital tools and stakeholder collaboration- all in an international environment.

What you will do

Youll take ownership of key coordination and improvement activities including:

• Supporting the planning and execution of YPP programme and activities.
• Updating and improving programme materials (presentations templates communications)
• Reviewing content and proposing enhancements for internal and external YPP communication
• Supporting the planning and delivery of Academy Week
• Contributing to data accuracy and basic reporting (including Power BI where relevant)
• Identifying manual or repetitive steps and suggesting smarter ways of working
• Creating simple onboarding or learning materials (e.g. guides training content)
• Providing general project coordination support to keep the programme running smoothly

Who you are;

• Are currently enrolled at a Dutch University studying HR Business Administration Project Management Communications or a related field
• Are available for a 6-month internship starting in August 2026
• Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Are comfortable working with data presentations and planning tools
• Communicate confidently in English
• Are confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Work independently while knowing when to ask for support
