The team

As part of the MVH Europe Finance function youll join a collaborative and highly influential Financial Operations team responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of Procure-to-Pay and Travel & Expense operations across Europe. Working closely with the Senior Director Financial Operations Governance & Control Global Process Owners Global Business Services teams and business leaders across multiple countries youll help shape the future operating model and drive continuous improvement. This is a fast-paced strategic leadership environment where operational excellence stakeholder partnership process transformation and strong governance are at the heart of everything we do.

What were looking for

Significant experience leading finance accounting shared services or procurement operations with at least 10 years post-qualification experience

Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams and technical leaders

Strong transformation mindset with experience driving process improvement standardisation and operational change programmes.

Excellent stakeholder management communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage at all organisational levels.

Degree in Finance or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as CPA CMA CFA or ACCA and experience working with BPO providers are advantageous.
