Principal Analog Design Engineer

Join NXPs Power Delivery R&D team and help develop the analog technology behind next-generation power management and power conversion solutions.

We are looking for an experiencedAnalog Design Engineerto design and realize analog blocks for advanced mixed-signal power ICs.

You will own analog design activities from specification to silicon working through schematic design simulation layout guidance and silicon characterization. You will work closely with architects digital designers layout verification and validation engineers.

What youll do

• Design and realize analog blocks from specification to silicon.
• Perform schematic design simulation corner analysis and post-layout verification.
• Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize performance and robustness.
• Support mixed-signal integration and AMS verification activities.
• Contribute to reusable analog IP and design methodology improvements.

What were looking for

• Degree in Electrical Engineering Microelectronics or a related field.
• Strong experience in analog IC design.
• Expertise in analog simulation and layout-aware design.
• Ability to take designs from concept to a released product.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in power management power conversion or mixed-signal ICs is a plus.
