Are you passionate about transforming financial data into actionable business insights At Envalior were looking for a Plant Controller to support our production site at Beekerveld and play a key role in driving operational and financial excellence.

As a Plant Controller you will be part of the Operations Control team for PM/SM working closely with operational and business stakeholders to enhance performance and create value across the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering clear and reliable cost overviews
• Driving an accurate and complete monthly closing process
• Preparing and analyzing forecasts related to Operations including manufacturing variances price variances and inventory results
• Supporting the budgeting process including product costing activities
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives in Operations reporting with a strong focus on digitalization and automation

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
• 03 years of professional experience.
• Strong leadership potential and capability.
• Background in Finance with experience in financial or commercial controlling.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Resilient and able to manage periodic workload peaks and changing priorities.
