What youll do

Recruitment Selection & Onboarding

• Support recruitment activities including job advertising CV screening telephone interviews and preparing contracts and offers
• Coordinate onboarding for new starters including onboarding plans system access and People Inductions
• Monitor temporary contract expiry dates and support timely follow-up

Talent Management & Employee Relations

• Support the employee lifecycle by monitoring 30-day and annual reviews and following up where needed
• Support the quarterly L&D calendar and coordinate engagement initiatives and surveys
• Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day People queries
• Support the Hox Squad and help organise monthly team get-togethers

People Administration & Compliance

• Maintain accurate employee records trackers HR systems and review systems
• Support the annual legal audit of employee files
• Support hour registration and payroll processes
• Stay up to date with Dutch employment legislation and People-related requirements

Qualifications :

What were looking for...

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role preferably within hospitality.
• Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee experience
• You execute. Youre organised detail-oriented and able to juggle priorities while getting things done.
• Youre familiar with HR systems payroll processes and Microsoft Office and communicate clearly in English. Dutch is a plus.
• You handle confidential information with care professionalism and discretion.
