This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco)within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.

Your key responsibilities

• Support compliance investigations by managing documentation case files timelines and audit trails.
• Assist with data protection and privacy activities including records management data subject requests and incident documentation.
• Coordinate and maintain legal processes repositories templates and workflow tracking.
• Support commercial contract processes including NDAs contract execution archiving and lifecycle management.
• Contribute to business risk assessments and compliance programs across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders legal counsel and compliance teams on a wide range of legal matters.

You bring

• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate legal department or professional services environment.
• Experience with compliance data privacy investigations or related legal support activities.
• A legal qualification paralegal certification or similar relevant education.
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
