Voor GKN Fokker Landing Gear in Papendrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een Painter / Spuiter voor het spuiten van onderdelen van deze rol werk je aan kritische onderdelen die worden toegepast in zowel civiele als militaire vliegtuigen. Je draagt bij aan de bescherming duurzaamheid en kwaliteit van landingsgestellen volgens strikte luchtvaartnormen.
Je werkt binnen de afdeling Surface Treatment en ondersteunt zowel Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) activiteiten als New Build productie.
Als Painter / Spuiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aanbrengen van coatings en beschermlagen op onderdelen van landingsgestellen. Je werkt volgens vastgestelde procedures en luchtvaartstandaarden.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Voorbereiden van onderdelen zoals reinigen ontvetten schuren en afplakken
- Spuiten van primers laklagen en corrosiewerende coatings
- Werken met handmatige en geautomatiseerde spuitinstallaties
- Controleren van de kwaliteit van de aangebrachte coatings
- Uitvoeren van visuele inspecties
- Vastleggen van werkzaamheden volgens luchtvaartnormen en interne procedures
- Samenwerken met collegas van Surface Treatment Plating Inspectie en Assemblage
- Ervaring als spuiter binnen industrie automotive luchtvaart of scheepsbouw
- Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht
- Ervaring met technische werkinstructies
- Bekend met veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels
- Teamgerichte en praktische instelling
- Werken aan onderdelen van vliegtuiglandingsgestellen voor civiele en militaire vliegtuigen
