In this internship you will be part of the Ops Finance Transformation Process & Tools team within our Operations Finance function. Our purpose is to drive finance transformation and support the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across Danone.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Manage regular communications with ES DDS team (who is responsible for employee mapping in HR Tools): check the completeness accuracy and timing of HR templates provided
• Manage regular communications with IT team & local finance controlling team (cost centres update in ERP systems): check the status
• Collaborates with work package leads and project team to ensure seamless integration of business and technical streams.
• Perform project management activities: build project plan and oversee its execution. Supports project execution across zones and CBUs.

As an Ops Finance Transformation Process & Tools Intern supporting finance transformation projects and project management activities will be second nature to you. Additionally you are an enthusiastic proactive and detail-oriented individual with an interest in finance project management and process improvement.

Key requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors or Masters student with a data background for the entire duration of the internship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
• For non-EU citizens your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
• Available to start in September for a minimum of 5 months 4-5 days per week.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 1-2 days per week.
