Operator Sample Lab

In this role you will be responsible for preparing weighing processing and handling samples to support our production and customer needs. You will ensure all activities are completed accurately safely and on time while maintaining high quality standards.

• Prepare weigh measure and process samples according to established procedures.
• Operate laboratory and production support equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure samples are accurately labeled documented and prepared for shipment.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe working environment.
• Follow quality safety and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Support daily operational activities within the Sample Lab.
• Assist with inventory management and replenishment of laboratory supplies.
• Identify and report equipment issues quality concerns or process deviations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Secondary vocational education (MBO) level preferably in a technical laboratory or manufacturing-related field.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to follow procedures accurately and work in a structured manner.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and safe working practices.

• Experience in a laboratory manufacturing production or sample preparation environment.
• Experience with weighing dosing measuring or handling raw materials.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Flexible and willing to support different operational activities when needed.
