Are you technically minded enjoy working with machines and looking for a job that offers variety and responsibility We are currently looking for motivated Operators to join our client in Hengelo and work in a 3-shift production environment.
As an Operator you play a key role in the production process. You ensure that machines and production lines run smoothly monitor product quality and take action when necessary to keep production on track.
What Will You Do
As an Operator you will be responsible for operating setting up and monitoring machines and production processes. During your shift you will continuously oversee production and ensure that all work is carried out safely and according to quality standards.
Your Responsibilities:
Starting up and shutting down machines and production lines
Supplying and inspecting materials
Monitoring the production process
Performing quality checks
Identifying malfunctions and process deviations
Solving minor technical issues
Recording production data
Adjusting and converting machines when necessary
Maintaining a safe clean and organized workplace
We are looking for someone who takes responsibility and has a good technical understanding. You understand that even small deviations in the production process can affect the final product so you work accurately and with attention to detail.

Required Skills:
For this position it is important that you have technical insight and can work accurately. Experience in electrical engineering panel building or wiring is an advantage. We are looking for someone who Has a technical mindset Has an interest in electrical engineering Can read electrical schematics or is willing to learn Works accurately and with attention to detail Is comfortable using hand tools Can work independently as well as in a team Experience as an Electrician Panel Builder Assembly Technician or Wiring Technician is highly appreciated and will fit well with this role
