We are hiring
Omakase Sushi Chef Amsterdam
Location: Amsterdam Netherlands
Venue: Small group of Japanese omakase and kappou counters
Role: Sushi Chef full or part time
Start: As soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Serve omakase at the counter rotating between the groups counters
- Prepare nigiri sashimi and seasonal Japanese dishes
- Fish preparation ageing and rice preparation
- Speak with guests at the counter
Requirements
- Experience as a sushi chef omakase or counter experience preferred
- Excellent nigiri and fish-handling skills
- Fluent English
- EU passport or permanent EU residence required (no visa sponsorship or housing)
Salary & benefits
net per month plus tips. 5 weeks holiday.
