Office & Travel Specialist, Sales Market NL incl. BELUX (mfd)

WHO YOU ARE

As a Office & Travel Specialist you create a smooth and professional workplace and travel experience by coordinating office operations local travel support and reception-related activities. 

You will: 

• Run the day-to-day office operation and help maintain a safe organized and welcoming workplace for colleagues and visitors
• Coordinate local travel support guide colleagues on travel processes and tools and support the implementation of the Global Travel program in the Sales Market
• Manage reception and practical workplace activities including visitor handling onboarding offboarding events and office logistics
• Coordinate suppliers and service partners such as cleaning catering maintenance security hotels travel agencies and transport providers
• Handle issues incidents invoices and follow-up across travel reception and office activities in a structured and solution-oriented way

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

You will be part of the People function and work closely with employees visitors suppliers local stakeholders and central teams. You will report to the Sales Market Travel & Office Manager and collaborate with the global travel team to support implementation activities and local ways of working.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with:

• Proven experience in office and travel operations administration travel support and workplace services
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage office operations and travel-related tasks in parallel
• Good communication skills and confidence in collaborating with employees leaders suppliers landlords and central stakeholders
• Good financial awareness and the ability to work in a cost-conscious and efficient way
• Good digital skills and confidence in working with workplace systems Microsoft 365 travel tools and supplier platforms
• Fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken

• Structured service-minded and proactive in the way they work
• Able to work independently take ownership and handle changing priorities in a calm way
• Practical and solution-oriented when supporting colleagues and resolving issues
• Comfortable supporting change and explaining new processes clearly
• Collaborative and clear in how they work with local and central stakeholders
