• We are seeking an experienced Monitoring Engineer with strong knowledge of AppDynamics (AppD) and ThousandEyes monitoring technologies.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding monitoring requirements designing and implementing monitoring solutions and collaborating closely with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• The role requires strong technical communication presentation and solution-design capabilities.

• Analyse and understand enterprise monitoring requirements.
• Design and implement monitoring solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Configure and support AppDynamics monitoring solutions.
• Configure and manage ThousandEyes Synthetic Monitoring.
• Prepare and present High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).
• Provide technical recommendations and influence monitoring solution design decisions.
• Independently assess monitoring requirements and determine appropriate solutions.
• Estimate effort for monitoring requirements and Product Backlog items.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand and fulfil monitoring demands.
• Support ITIL-based processes and operational activities.
• Work effectively within an Agile delivery environment.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities where required.
• Present technical solutions and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 68 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong understanding of AppDynamics (AppD).
• Strong understanding of ThousandEyes.
• Experience with Synthetic Monitoring.
• Experience designing and implementing monitoring solutions.
• Ability to independently analyse monitoring requirements.
• Experience preparing HLD and LLD documentation.
• Strong solution design and technical recommendation skills.
• ITIL process knowledge.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Ability to estimate technical work and effort.

• Java scripting knowledge.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Enterprise monitoring and observability experience.
• Experience with IT Service Management tools and processes.
