The CompoundDevelopment Department of the Research & DevelopmentCenter is responsible for the design validation and implementation of tyrecompounds that deliver innovative solutions and optimized performancecontributing to the superior performance of our tyres.

Objectiveof the role
Join ourR&D team to develop AI/ML and data-driven models that predict how curatives (reactiveingredients responsible for vulcanization) influence compound propertiesand tyre performance. You will work with laboratory-generated data to develop aversatile predictive model that links the type and concentration of curatives to thebehaviour of compounds and tyre products. Applying advanced modellingtechniques to real industrial challenges you will collaborate closely withexperienced researchers in an innovation-driven environment.


Yourtasks

Review and clean the available data
Develop an AI/ML model to predict the impact of curatives on the properties of tyre compounds and their relationship with tyre performance
Prepare a final report transfer the model for use by R&D specialists and present and discuss the results with the Compound Development Department team

Yourprofile
Bachelors or Masters student in Computer Science Data Science Applied Mathematics Artificial Intelligence Business Information Technology or a related field
Very good command of English both spoken and written
Experience with Python machine learning/artificial intelligence and data science
A team player with strong communication skills a results-oriented mindset and the ability to learn quickly
