About the Role

The Merchandise Planning Analyst supports the development and execution of seasonal merchandising strategies across the EMEA region. This role partners cross-functionally to drive assortment planning analyze performance and ensure data accuracy to support informed business decisions and successful product launches.

What Youll Do

• Support the development and execution of seasonal merchandising plans across EMEA channels
• Assist in building channel execution plans including product selection assortment strategy and launch timing by category
• Analyze sales performance inventory levels and market trends to identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of product data across internal systems and external platforms
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing Sales and Supply Chain to align on product strategy and execution
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities
• Support the preparation of presentations reports and business reviews for internal stakeholders
• Assist in the execution of product launches and promotional campaigns across channels
• Prepare update and manage Excel-based reporting and planning tools

What You Bring

• 2 years of experience in merchandising visual merchandising e-commerce marketing or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large data sets
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Interest in sports outdoor lifestyle and consumer trends
