The Role

As Marketing Manager you strengthen Rockpanels marketing execution across European markets by supporting coaching and aligning the local MarCom network. The local MarCom managers will be responsible for the day to day operations and be the first point of contact for their local organization. You act as the operational bridge between local market teams global priorities and digital marketing helping ensure campaigns and initiatives are rolled out consistently efficiently and with strong local impact.

You proactively identify execution bottlenecks and improve ways of working through stronger processes practical tools templates and clear doing so you help local teams spend more time on creating local market impact and less on operational friction. You also facilitate collaboration across markets by sharing best practices successful approaches and learnings that help raise the overall execution standard throughout the MarCom network.

In addition you help strengthen communication and alignment between technical functions and local MarCom teams by translating technical or regulatory developments into clear and practical market guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach local MarCom teams in campaign implementation and execution;

• Translate global campaign strategies into clear local activation guidance;

• Improve execution consistency quality and speed across markets;

• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively improve processes and ways of working;

• Develop and implement practical templates checklists frameworks and campaign support materials;

• Facilitate alignment between global priorities digital marketing and local market teams;

• Share best practices learnings and successful approaches across markets;

• Monitor execution progress and proactively escalate and resolve issues;

• Support local teams with prioritization and operational clarity;

• Translate technical and regulatory updates into practical communication guidance for markets;

• Internal communication on ongoing projects and initiatives.

Your Profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or another relevant field;

• You are looking for a fulltime position;

• 5-7 of experience in marketing campaign management MarCom or commercial project coordination within an international environment;

• Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution;

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;

• Comfortable working in a complex international matrix organization;

• Frequent travelling to our different marketing throughout Europe is not a problem for you;

• Experience with campaign rollout localization and cross-market collaboration is a strong advantage;

• Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written.
