The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading end-to-end production operations to ensure high-quality products are manufactured safely and in full compliance with cGMP EHS and lean manufacturing standards. Working closely with other supervisors and crossfunctional partners this role ensures production targets are achieved according to the Master Production Schedule while fostering a culture of continuous improvement learning and collaboration. The Manufacturing Supervisor leads coaches and supports manufacturing teams to deliver reliable compliant and efficient operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise manufacturing teams to achieve production targets in line with the Master Production Schedule.

  • Assign operators manage resource needs and ensure adequate assets and staffing levels.

  • Support the introduction qualification and validation of new products and equipment including training of operators.

  • Ensure all process documentation SOPs and work instructions are accurate current and completed on time.

  • Monitor manufacturing performance through data analysis (e.g. yield nonconformances training absenteeism) and implement corrective actions.

  • Lead or support deviation investigations CAPAs and change management activities.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and act as a subject matter expert for assigned processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (HBO level) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

  • Experience in the medical device or regulated manufacturing industry.

  • Strong knowledge of cGMP EHS and quality systems within a production environment.

  • Proficiency with automation and business systems (e.g. ERP Excel Windows-based tools).

  • Strong leadership coaching and team management capabilities.

  • Data-driven problem-solving skills and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.

  • Availability to work on shifts (weekends and late shifts)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

53.50000 - 85.44500
