Job Description:

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Assists as an experienced support individual contributor that executes tasks that are

typically routine. Provides support for internal teams within Operations. Follows

routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy timeliness and quality of

deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism efficiency personal

communication discretion and independent judgment.

Specific tasks and job duties of the position that are required daily:

Demonstrates Johnson & Johnsons Leadership Imperatives and Credo.

Is required to understand and comply with the Code of Business Conduct

Company policies and laws that govern their activities.

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Completes tasks to meet production targets of the Operations unit under

general supervision and follows administrative processes to ensure

accuracy timeliness and quality of deliverables.

Maintains front-line knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and

regulatory issues (e.g. audit findings CAPAs) to assist in the efficient

managements of tasks in accordance with internal and external regulations

and procedures.

Adheres to standard operating procedures to support tasks related to the

processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical (new) products.

Helps monitor resources and escalates any concerns or issues to leaders to

maximize successful business results.

Adhere to standardized work follow activity flowcharts and keep record on

the visual metrics.

Records gaps between target activity status and actual status and provides

continuous improvement ideas based on these gaps.

Takes ownership of personal training and ensures that all required training is

understood and completed on time.

Maintains knowledge of process improvement methods solutions and

procedures to enhance safety quality reliability cost and scheduling.

Minimum Qualification

A relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 3 years relevant experience or an

non-relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 5 years relevant experience.

A B1 level in Dutch or English is required.

The levels of computer proficiency are basic level for MS office and routine

level for business applications.

Quality oriented and precise.

Positive attitude flexibility and ability to handle changing priorities.

Ability to work on a shift roster.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

35.00000 - 53.36000
