- Validate and challenge the reliability of the 18month rolling demand plan across multiple product categories and channels.
- Analyze forecast inputs from commercial teams market intelligence customer trends sell-out data and external sources to improve forecast quality.
- Leverage statistical forecasting and predictive analytics tools to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain Sales Customer Service and Global Planning teams to align demand and supply strategies.
- Monitor market developments customer behaviors and industry trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop and enhance forecasting models reporting capabilities and data management processes.
- Drive improvements in forecast accuracy bias reduction and data quality through a structured analytical approach.
- Support the S&OP process by providing robust analysis business insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Challenge assumptions influence stakeholders and promote a culture of fact-based decision-making.
- Contribute to global forecasting and demand planning initiatives ensuring best practices are adopted across the region.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering Statistics Economics or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in demand planning forecasting supply chain or a related analytical business function.
- Strong understanding of statistical forecasting methodologies and predictive analytics.
- Experience using forecasting and planning tools within a complex business environment.
- Ability to interpret market trends customer dynamics and commercial strategies and translate them into business insights.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across cultures functions and levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to data quality and accuracy.
- Ability to challenge thinking constructively and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Experience within FMCG or a fast-moving consumer environment is strongly preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal.
