Job Summary
What will you do as a Maintenance Technician(f/m/d)
- Always ensuring a safe clean and well-maintained environment for guests and staff
- Carrying out routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving technical issues
- Supporting repairs in guest rooms public areas and back-of-house areas
- Monitoring and maintaining technical systems (electrical plumbing HVAC)
- Assisting external contractors when required
- Complying with hotel security fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Basic technical knowledge (electrical plumbing or general maintenance)
- Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and situations
- Previous experience in maintenance technical services or a similar role is preferred
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
