At BYD we are driving the transition towards a more sustainable future through innovation technology and new energy solutions. As our European operations continue to grow we are looking for a Logistics Systems Specialist to help us build smarter more efficient logistics processes across Europe.

Your role

In this role youll work at the intersection of logistics technology and data. Youll help improve the systems and processes that support our European logistics operations and work closely with IT business teams compounds and logistics partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation and optimization of logistics systems and digital solutions

• Translating business needs into practical system and process improvements

• Analyzing logistics processes and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency

• Supporting UAT issue resolution and system rollouts

• Monitoring logistics KPIs and using data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

• Developing reports and dashboards and ensuring data quality

• Supporting operational teams with system process and data-related topics

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree or above

• Experience in logistics supply chain business systems or digitalization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience with Power BI SQL Power Query or similar tools is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with systems such as TMS WMS SAP CRM or MES is a plus

• Fluent English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across countries and functions

• A proactive hands-on mindset and an interest in improving the way things work
