Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order processing and logistics-related inquiries.
• Receive customer orders via email phone or other communication channels.
• Register validate and process customer orders accurately in SAP.
• Handle customer calls and inquiries maintaining clear records of all communications and follow-up actions.
• Provide sales and operational support to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the order fulfillment process.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer master data documentation and records within the ERP system.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement of sales support and order management processes.

Qualifications :

• Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) or equivalent.
• 35 years of experience in Sales Support Customer Service or Order Management within an international environment.
• Experience in the ICT Electronics or Technology industry is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems preferably SAP including order registration and processing.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken; an additional European language is an advantage. 
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide timely effective support.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and time management.
