Logistics Control Operator (mfd)

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control warehouse operations through our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure a smooth material flow.
• Continuously oversee our automated systems and proactively respond to technical issues or process deviations.
• Analyze operational KPIs identify improvement opportunities and initiate appropriate actions.
• Work closely with Logistics Management and the Maintenance team to resolve operational disruptions and bottlenecks quickly.
• Prioritize workflows to help achieve our service quality and performance targets.
• Track operational data and contribute to the continuous improvement of our warehouse processes through reporting and analysis.

• You remain calm under pressure and are able to make well-informed decisions in dynamic situations.
• You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working in a structured and solution-oriented way.
• Youre interested in logistics processes and are eager to understand how a modern automated warehouse operates.
• You have experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• You have a good technical understanding and are comfortable learning new systems.
• You have good communication skills in both German and English.
• Youre willing to work in shifts.
