Logistics and Asset Management Officer for NATO with security clearance

This is asset management where the assets are real the site is live and the record has to match what is actually in the room.

What you would actually own

Receiving labelling and moving equipment through EBA; returns and disposal ROS letters included. Transfers between account holders and getting returned kit back to the support centre. Physical wall to wall CIS inventories coordinated with the account holders themselves.

The part that needs a certain kind of person

You would keep the account holder database honest: track missing assets down handle turn ins and disposals and chase account holders as their end of tour dates approach so no account is ever left without an owner. Half of this job is in the field on your feet. Half is database discipline at a desk. Both halves matter.

What you will need

EBA Oracle knowledge and that one is not negotiable. At least five years in logistics with real working knowledge of IT assets. A driving licence with a forklift licence a bonus. Knowledge of NATO logistics rules is a plus not a barrier.
