You get it done
In this role you are the connecting link between our customers suppliers warehouse and transport partners. You ensure that logistics agreements are followed up and that goods arrive at the right place at the right time: Youre on it.

How you do this Within our Oil & Gas department we support customers where logistics cannot afford delays. Parts and materials need to be available on time which makes a well-organized process essential. You stay in contact with various stakeholders monitor the progress of shipments and act when things do not go according to plan. As a logistics coordinator you make sure everything behind the scenes is well organized. You achieve this by:

• processing and following up on customer orders and checking logistics data in our system;
• maintaining contact with customers suppliers and transport providers;
• coordinating with the warehouse regarding inbound and outbound goods;
• preparing and checking transport documentation;
• monitoring deliveries and keeping customers informed about shipment status;
• resolving discrepancies delays or missing information.

You bring

• experience as a logistics administrative assistant logistics coordinator logistics customer service representative transport planner or in a similar role;
• affinity with order processing transport planning or customer communication;
• you work accurately and are able to maintain a clear overview of multiple tasks and processes;
• strong communication skills and a good command of both the Dutch and English language.
