Legal Counsel Tax Specialist

We are seeking a Legal Counsel / Tax Specialist to join our team. You will advise on complex contracting and technologyrelated matters bridging procurement regulation and business priorities. The role involves providing clear riskbased legal advice and supporting stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on complex IT sourcing and commercial contracting matters.

• Draft review and negotiate technology and commercial agreements.

• Assess legal and regulatory risks and deliver pragmatic riskbased recommendations.

• Support stakeholders on technology digitalisation and AI related issues.

• Contribute to policy development and implementation of legal frameworks.

• Coach and mentor junior colleagues within the Legal Corporate Services team.

Required qualifications

• Masters degree in Dutch Law.

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a legal counsel attorney or corporate lawyer.

• Proven experience with complex commercial and IT contracts.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with AIrelated regulatory matters.

• Specialisation in tax law.

• Certification in contract management or procurement.
