As Legal Counsel you will supportPlanonscompanies and departments while working with world-leading clients. You will join the Planon Legal Department at our headquarters in Nijmegen the Netherlands and become part of an international legal team with colleagues in the NetherlandsGermanyand the United this role you will help ensure compliant commerciallysoundand scalable legal support across theorganisation.

What we can challenge you with:

• Draft review and negotiate customer-related IT agreements and supplier-related purchase agreements.
• Improve contracting and contract management processes to support scalabilityconsistencyand risk awareness.
• Advise onspecial projects and strategic initiatives including new business models software platform licensingmodelsand partnering structures.
• Maintain an up-to-date legal knowledge base and inform Planon about relevant regulationslawsand case law.
• Understand companyobjectivesand provide professional efficient legal support in line with the Planon Legal Department mission.
• Proactively contribute to the quality businessimpactand service level of the Planon Legal Department.

• You hold a DutchMasters degree in Law preferablyspecialisedin ITPrivacyand/or contract-related law.

Salary range: 3.300- - 5.693- gross per month depending on experience. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role based on objective role-related criteria.
