Whatyoulldo
The Lead Buyer General Servicesis responsible forleading and executingsourcing activities for key indirect spend categories for the Headquarters of Nutrecowith a strong focus on Professional Services Mobility Travel Facility Services andTemporary Labor. The role ensures competitive sourcing outcomes successfulimplementation of contracts and effective supplier and contract management acrossthe business.
This position plays a critical role in stakeholder engagement driving alignment andcommitment from business partnersmaximisingbusiness profitability andcontributes to SHV cross-group initiatives including the implementation of GlobalSHV contracts within Nutreco.
You will leadend-to-end sourcing activities across assigned indirect categories developing and executing sourcing strategies that deliver value ensure supply continuity and support Nutreco and SHV procurementobjectives.
You will also manage supplier relationships and contract lifecycles driving performance compliance innovation and continuous improvement while partneringclosely with business stakeholders to provide procurementexpertise align sourcing initiatives with business needs and ensure successful implementation andutilizationof contracts.
Key stakeholders include Headquarters functional leaders Global and Regional Procurement teams SHV Group Procurement and strategic suppliers.
Finally you will collaborate with SHV procurement teams on cross-group initiatives support the deployment of global agreements and ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies governance standards and ethical requirements.

Youllalso need:
Masters degree orBachelorsdegree with extensive relevant experience.
Minimum 58 years of experience in indirect procurement sourcing or contract-and suppliermanagement.
Proven experience in managing complex sourcing projects and multiplestakeholders.
Strong knowledge of indirect spend categories such as professional servicescontingent labour travel mobility or facilities.
Experience working in an international matrix-driven organization is preferred.
