ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our End Consumer Channel Team in the Benelux this role you will be responsible for managing the business and partnerships with strategic e-tailers and retailers. You will have end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of customers.

You combine strong customer leadership with outstanding execution capabilities and a deep understanding of the Dutch beauty retail landscape. The successful candidate will drive the expansion of our brands by further developing relationships with key customers such as Wehkamp ICI Paris XL DA and .

Using your entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership you will acquire new customers and accelerate our e-commerce and in-store activities. You will also work closely with Finance and the Trade Marketing team. This is a role where your vision influence and leadership can truly make an impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing account plans.
• Monitoring analyzing and reporting sales data customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Actively contributing to the achievement of revenue and margin targets for your customers.
• Building and strengthening relationships with key e-tailers and retailers.
• Managing the P&L from gross sales to net revenue to drive growth and profitability.
• Negotiating commercial terms and contracts.
• Managing customer budgets and reporting to Finance.
• Planning and executing customer activations and campaigns in line with brand strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Improving conversion and brand experience both online and in-store together with the Trade Marketing team.
• Contributing to the ambitious objectives of the End Consumer Channel team.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Essential

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Key Account Management National Account Management or Trade Marketing within Beauty Cosmetics Personal Care or Premium FMCG.
• Proven track record of managing strategic retail customers such as Douglas ICI Paris XL Etos DA and similar accounts.
• Strong experience with annual negotiations Joint Business Planning (JBP) promotional planning assortment management and commercial forecasting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• High energy and a results-driven attitude.
• Hands-on experience with Retail Media Networks and omnichannel customer activation.
• Experience in developing and executing Point of Sale (POS) materials in-store visibility programs and promotional campaigns.
• Pragmatic solution-oriented and capable of managing day-to-day business challenges.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
• German language skills are a strong advantage particularly within an international Benelux or DACH organization.
