Your role

Were looking for a growth-minded Junior Performance Specialist to help scale our user acquisition and accelerate our go-to-market motion. This is an impactful ownership-driven role designed for a curious analytical talent eager to operate at the intersection of PPC Media Buying Paid Social and Affiliate marketing.

Youll drive growth experiments optimize conversion funnels and uncover new opportunities across the full performance spectrum. This is a highly cross-functional position where you will collaborate with creative data and product teams to execute initiatives that deliver immediate impact. You wont be siloed here; youll have a multi-touch capacity with the autonomy to lead your own projects making this the perfect starting point if youre looking for a steep learning curve and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Growth Experiments & Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of growth experiments across PPC (Google Ads) Paid Social (Meta TikTok LinkedIn) and Display to scale our acquisition efforts and optimize the funnel.
• Affiliate & Partner Management: Help expand our affiliate program including partner identification outreach onboarding and tracking link management.
• Campaign Optimization & Funnel Impact: Move beyond day-to-day operations to focus on rapid A/B testing and funnel optimization ensuring our acquisition strategy is highly efficient and drives meaningful revenue growth.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to generate high-impact reports. You will leverage data to uncover deep trends and provide strategic recommendations that shape our marketing direction.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative and brand teams to uncover high-performing visual assets and copy ensuring our creative approach remains at the cutting edge.
• Champion Growth & Innovation Mindset: Proactively stay ahead of algorithmic shifts and emerging tools to keep our performance strategy sharp and identify out-of-the-box opportunities for growth.

Your team

Reporting to the Head of Performance you will join a lean agile performance marketing team. You will work side-by-side with experienced PPC SEO and Partnerships Specialists. You will have a direct voice in shaping our global growth playbooks and learn directly from industry veterans.

Your profile

• 2 years of experience in performance marketing digital advertising or a related analytical field.
• A T-shaped learner: You are eager to master the foundations of Paid Social PPC and Affiliates. You prefer high autonomy and true ownership over corporate bureaucracy.
• Data-driven & analytical: You are comfortable with data Google Sheets and basic analytics tools. You value facts and numbers over gut feelings.
• A proactive executioner: You are detail-oriented and enjoy the daily rhythm of campaign management and testing.
• Creative intuition: You understand what makes a compelling ad and can communicate your ideas clearly to design and content teams.
• Fluent in English: As our company language strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
