As a Junior Payment Operations Specialist you wont just be another team member youll be a vital part of our success story. Youll be the left-hand of our Payment Operations Manager to ensure smooth payment processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Payment Ecosystem working closely with internal stakeholders and external payment partners;

• Monitor and analyse payment and risk performance identifying irregularities trends and potential issues;

• Ensure payment and risk processes and guidelines are followed;

• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues and customer complaints;

• Support fraud prevention and dispute management including dispute defence refunds and blacklisting;

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of payment processes systems and provider performance;

• Keeping up-to-date with payment services regulations;

• Translating team objectives into personal goals for growth.
