(Junior) Manager Audit Insurance and Pension

We are seeking a (Junior) Manager Audit: Insurance and Pension professionals to join our growing team in Amsterdam this role you will lead and conduct audits for insurance and pension clients that encompass both a mix of local and international clients ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and identifying areas for improvement in financial processes.

• Plan and execute audit engagements for insurance and pension clients focusing on financial statements internal controls and regulatory compliance
• Manage and mentor a small team of audit professionals providing guidance and support throughout the audit process
• Analyze financial data identify risks and develop recommendations for process improvements
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management and clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of audit projects

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in audit within the insurance and pension sectors
• Professional certification (e.g. CIA CPA ACCA) is preferred
• Strong knowledge of auditing techniques financial analysis and risk assessment
• Familiarity with insurance and pension industry regulations and practices
• Fluency in English and Dutch language skills
