Youre a motivated problem solver and a curious learner with a passion for turning data & AI into real business impact. Youll thrive with us if you bring:

• Masters degree in a quantitative or STEM field (e.g. Data Science Statistics Computer Science Mathematics Physics) paired with dedication and solid academic results

• Practical experience through internships projects or research demonstrating your ability to work with data build models and extract actionable insights

• A hands-on growth mindset you take ownership of your tasks embrace challenges and contribute to solutions that create real value

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit you enjoy working in teams explaining technical concepts clearly and supporting a positive inclusive work environment

• Sharp analytical and technical skills you excel at both problem-solving and implementing solutions that bridge business and technology

• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel to client sites when needed

Most projects involve working onsite at client locations across the Netherlands with opportunities to collaborate with clients in Germany and elsewhere in Europe including travel as projects require.

Work is typically split between client sites and the office providing a balance between collaboration with clients and time with the internal team.

When youre not onsite with clients youre welcome to work from our Amsterdam office or from home. Rewires Amsterdam office is more than just a workplace its a hub for collaboration innovation and problem-solving where we come together to shape the future.
