Enterprise Risk Management Manager (f/m/d)
Why does this role exist
The ERM Manager strengthens JTIs Enterprise Risk Management capability through a pragmatic and synthetic approach to data collection and analysis. The role supports the continuous enhancement of risk practices and the delivery of executive-ready reporting by transforming complex and multiple risk inputs into clear decisionrelevant insights.
- Analyze and synthesize internal and external risk information to provide insights on key enterprise risks trends and emerging topics
- Work closely with global and regional experts to refine risk frameworks indicators and mitigation approaches
- Support risk selfassessment processes and translate outcomes into clear leadershiplevel communications
- Prepare highquality presentations and briefings for senior management and crossfunctional stakeholders
- Represent Enterprise Risk Management in crossfunctional initiatives and professional risk communities
- A graduatelevel education in business finance economics risk management engineering or datarelated fields
- Several years of experience in enterprise risk management strategy or analytical roles
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to turn complexity into clarity
- Ability to evolve in a no-routine / no-template job where problem solving mindset iterations for continuous enhancement and attention to detail matter
- Advanced spreadsheets and data-handling capabilities with openness to AI productivity tools and familiarity with collaborative digital workflows e.g. Power Automates. Power BI knowledge considered a plus
- Comfort working with diverse stakeholders and presenting to senior audiences
