The Job

We are looking for motivated Pastry Chefs who are eager to learn from our amazing Asian Fusion kitchen with our Specialist Pastry Chefs! You will learn how to prepare the necessary dessertingredients for your team members in order to create the signature desserts of IZAKAYA. The ideal candidate is a team player is interested in working in a Asian Fusion restaurant and can be a true ambassador for the IZAKAYA work closely with the chefsand all other staff to ensure that all staff members have a good knowledge of the presentation methods and recipes.

Our Pastry Chefs strives to deliver the superior level of guest service that we are known for. They are hardworking dedicated and uphold exceptional culinary standards. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUPs high standards. Responsibilities

• To ensure all that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time

• To ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity

• To deputize in the Pastry sous chefs absence and take charge of the kitchen when directed to do so

• To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the sous chef or head chef

• To strive to study relevant subjects in preparation to future advancement
