Job Summary
Job Title: IT Support Specialist (24 hours per week)
Location: Hoofddorp (on-site)
Contract: Fixed-term (7 months)
About the role
For TECS (Turner Engine Control Solutions) we are looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to strengthen the team in Hoofddorp. This role is fully focused on user support and day-to-day IT operations. You will be the go-to person for colleagues who need technical assistance and ensure that systems devices and applications run smoothly.
This is a part-time position (24 hours per week) and requires on-site presence.
What you will do
- Provide first- and second-line IT support to end users (mainly NL/EU colleagues)
- Install configure and maintain laptops hardware and user environments
- Support Microsoft 365 (Teams SharePoint Outlook basic admin tasks)
- Troubleshoot issues with devices software and connectivity
- Manage user accounts access and permissions
- Assist with VPN and remote access tools (e.g. TeamViewer Cisco AnyConnect)
- Support basic ERP usage (Odoo is a plus)
- Ensure systems are secure updated and running efficiently
What they are looking for
- 25 years of experience in an IT support or system admin role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
- Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Experience with hardware support (Windows/Mac)
- Basic knowledge of networking and cybersecurity
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Available for 24 hours per week on-site in Hoofddorp
