Requirements
What Youll Do
- Provide daytoday local and remote desktop support handling inbound calls and tickets while troubleshooting hardware software operating system and application issues.
- Perform break/fix support fault diagnosis and resolution across Windows and basic Mac environments printers peripherals and approved enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with supervisors managers and thirdparty vendors to ensure consistent service delivery clear communication and SLA compliance across all shifts.
What You Need
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science IT or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or higher certification is preferred.
- 23 years of experience in Windows Desktop Support including Windows 710 Microsoft Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs) Office 365 and PC hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP VPN and network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience with mobile device management (iOS and Android) enterprise antivirus and encryption solutions and Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting multitasking and communication skills with the ability to meet SLAs and provide excellent internal customer service. Willingness to work offhours or weekends when required.

Required Skills:

Exposure to biometrics VR/AR hardware and mobile devices (iOS/Android). Proficiency in Windows Server Windows 11 Microsoft Office and PowerShell. Experience with AV device setup 3D modeling tools (3DS Max Unity) Photoshop and planogramming tools. Programming knowledge (Python/C) an advantage. Excellent customer-facing skills professional presentation and ability to build strong relationships. Independent proactive thinker who works well under pressure and tight deadlines. Capable of working unsupervised while maintaining high standards of conduct and ethics. Strong communication skills in English Language. Must be open to a project-based role and onsite work.
