As an Inventory Specialist you are the link between data and operations. You ensure inventory accuracy support multiple departments with analyses and reporting and investigate discrepancies toidentifyroot causes and prevent recurrence. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed and work closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement.

Location: Breda The Netherlands.

What will you do

• Perform inventory checks and analyze stock discrepancies.

• Create andmaintainreports KPIs and performance metrics.

• Conduct data analysis and root cause investigations to improve processes and inventory accuracy.

• Provide support to various departments including Warehouse Operations PlanningQAmanufacturingsitesand Finance.

• Act as a key contact for inventory-related issues and help drive effective solutions.

• Coordinate inventory-related activities including returns cycle counting and stock adjustments.

• Identifyimprovement opportunities and actively contribute to a more efficient operation.

Whatdoyou bring

• MBO level education

• Advanced Excel skills andpreferablyexperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.

• A proactive mindset and a hands-on attitude.

• Fluency inboth Dutch and English written and spoken.

• Experience inlogisticsorawarehouse environment is a plus.
