Inventory & Quality Control Supervisor-Rotterdam(Mandarin Required)

Execute daily inventory counts (cycle counts and targeted stock audits) to ensure inventory data accuracy.

Identify and analyse inventory discrepancies conduct root cause analysis and develop adjustment and optimisation plans.

Monitor inventory movement data to ensure consistency between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and physical stock.

Assist in resolving inventory-related exceptions including lost damaged expired or misplaced stock.

Inspect goods to ensure all products meet company and client quality standards.

Monitor the handling process for returns and damaged products analyse quality issues and propose improvement recommendations.

Oversee storage conditions within the warehouse to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Participate in warehouse operational process optimisation to improve inventory management efficiency and reduce error rates.

Support the ICQA Supervisor in data analysis and the development and execution of inventory management strategies.

Utilise data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Power BI) to generate inventory and quality reports and provide data-driven insights to management.

Ensure all inventory operations comply with company safety protocols and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations.

Participate in ICQA-related training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the teams inventory management capabilities.

Associate degree or above in Logistics Management Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.

1 years of experience in inventory control or quality assurance; familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations.

Team management experience with the ability to lead and motivate staff to improve performance.

Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management System) operations.

Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make sound optimisation decisions based on data.

Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate outbound processes across departments.

English as a working language; proficiency in the local language and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
