Job Summary

Job Description
Inventory Control
  • Execute daily inventory counts (cycle counts and targeted stock audits) to ensure inventory data accuracy.

  • Identify and analyse inventory discrepancies conduct root cause analysis and develop adjustment and optimisation plans.

  • Monitor inventory movement data to ensure consistency between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and physical stock.

  • Assist in resolving inventory-related exceptions including lost damaged expired or misplaced stock.

Quality Control
  • Inspect goods to ensure all products meet company and client quality standards.

  • Monitor the handling process for returns and damaged products analyse quality issues and propose improvement recommendations.

  • Oversee storage conditions within the warehouse to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Operational Optimisation
  • Participate in warehouse operational process optimisation to improve inventory management efficiency and reduce error rates.

  • Support the ICQA Supervisor in data analysis and the development and execution of inventory management strategies.

  • Utilise data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Power BI) to generate inventory and quality reports and provide data-driven insights to management.

Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure all inventory operations comply with company safety protocols and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations.

  • Participate in ICQA-related training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the teams inventory management capabilities.


Requirements
Education
  • Associate degree or above in Logistics Management Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.

Experience
  • 1 years of experience in inventory control or quality assurance; familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations.

  • Team management experience with the ability to lead and motivate staff to improve performance.

Skills
  • Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management System) operations.

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make sound optimisation decisions based on data.

  • Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate outbound processes across departments.

Language
  • English as a working language; proficiency in the local language and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
