Job Summary
What youll do
- Work side-by-side with the hotel General Manager and assist with a wide variety of tasks: commercial strategic operational.
- Actively engage with HODs to support them where needed with organisational challenges and processes.
- Support ad-hoc challenges of the hotel; at times this will be admin at other times this will be in the heat of action.
- Contact third parties suppliers and contractors to inquire about FF&E and OS&E in collaboration with GM and HODs.
- Proactively and independently work on tasks discussed with GM; initiate tasks and get things done.
- Link operational data with the hotel budget and suggest points for improvement.
